Intuitive coaching 1:1

Intuitive coaching is a deeply personal space where your goals, emotions, body awareness, and inner wisdom are all welcome. Each session is guided not only by structured coaching tools, but also by intuitive listening — paying attention to what is said, what is unsaid, and what wants to emerge in the moment.

Together, we clarify where you are now, where you want to go, and what may be standing in the way. Sometimes this looks like practical goal-setting and decision making; other times it means slowing down, exploring emotions, or noticing patterns that keep repeating in your life. The process is flexible and responsive, because no two people — and no two sessions — are the same.

SuryaSoul® Conscious Dance Meditation

SuryaSoul® is a conscious dance and movement meditation inspired by the chakra system and the wisdom of Tao and Yoga. It blends Eastern healing traditions with ancient and modern dance, creating a practice that is simple to follow yet deeply transformative. Through music and guided movement, we reconnect with the body, awaken our inner world, and allow the natural flow of feminine and masculine energies to move freely.

No dance experience is needed — this is not about performance or technique, but about presence, embodiment, and authentic self-expression. SuryaSoul® offers a joyful and powerful way to release tension, reconnect with yourself, and experience personal growth through movement.

Although SuryaSoul® is most often experienced in a group setting, it can also be offered in 1:1 sessions, both in person and online. In an individual space, the practice becomes more personalized and can be tailored to your current life themes, emotional landscape, and goals. It pairs beautifully with coaching, as movement can help express and release what is difficult to put into words. Combining the two allows us to integrate insight with embodiment, creating a deeper and more holistic transformation.

Kinesiology

Wellness Kinesiology – Success Over Distress

Wellness Kinesiology is a gentle, body-based approach that helps identify and release stress held in the nervous system. In the Success Over Distress training, I learned practical techniques that use muscle testing, awareness, and simple balancing methods to understand how the body responds to emotional, mental, and physical stress.

Sometimes we understand our challenges logically, yet something in the body still holds tension or resistance. Kinesiology works in this space — supporting the body to shift from a stress response into a state of safety and balance. When the nervous system feels safe, change becomes more natural and sustainable.

I integrate these tools when it feels supportive within coaching sessions. This allows us to work not only through conversation, but also through the body — helping you move forward with greater ease, resilience, and inner stability.
